Packaging

Let’s get into our packaging details:

Packaging of marble and granite slabs – Large Marble Slabs and Large Granite slabs are packaged in disinfected wooden crates with the support of C-clamp. Premium grade wood is being used for packaging which are firmly fastened. Slabs in the bundles are tightly compressed to ensure safe movement during shipping. To avoid friction and breakage, a plastic sheet is being put between each slab.

Norms for packaging of Cut Size Tiles: The stone tiles are being packed in the decontaminated wooden crates, where each of them is separated by soft paper strips to ensure safe and hassle-free transit. We always abide by the international rules of shipping. Polythene sheet is used to cover the wooden crate and then each of them is tightened with iron or plastic strip so that the boxes cannot shift while transporting them.

Packaging of 10 mm Modular Tiles: Styrofoam boxes or paper corrugated boxes are used for wrapping and packing into fumigated wooden boxes. Wooden Crate is fixed and tightened by iron / plastic strips. Extra carton boxes or styrofoam boxes are required for caliberated tiles. We abide by the client’s demands in this case.

Packaging of Blocks: Cranes are being used for loading blocks of granite and marble in to the containers in which blocks are being arranged to avoid breakage or friction while moving.
